Policies at A Dyer Collection

PLEASE do NOT allow any children to play with, wear or chew on your jewelry or any other items purchased.  They are NOT for teething purposes (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) at all and will break when chewed on - which is a potential choking hazard. NEVER leave a child unsupervised around your jewelry... beads are small and could be a SERIOUS choking hazard. Unless stated otherwise items are not recommended for small children and A Dyer Collection will not be held responsible.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 5 days of delivery and ship items back to me  within 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SHIPPING POLICY

Packing and delivery time:

As a one-woman show, I allow myself up to 3 business days from receipt of payment to ship ready made items off. Most of the time I get parcels shipped off next business day but I need to take into account busy periods and most importantly, kids!

**This does not apply to "coming soon" and "pre-order" items**

WARRANTY AT A DYER COLLECTION

In case of breakage:

If you have the unfortunate experience of your gems breaking please

contact me right away via email with a photo of the jewelry or item

and we can discuss a solution.  Just to clarify I will not replace or refund items that have not been cared for or stored correctly. I will also not replace or refund items more than 6 months old. Proof of purchase will be required.
